Competency assessment required to renew RBT certification (yearly)
Service Description
This services is intended for seasoned RBTs who have already certified in the past and are looking to renew their certification. You will be sent a Microsoft Teams link, where the Competency Assessment will be administered by a BCBA or Assistant Analyst. The Renewal Competency Assessment is a standalone service that does not include supervision and should only be purchased in the case of renewing the RBT certification.
Cancellation Policy
This policy ensures that all individuals booking competency assessment services formally acknowledge and agree to the organization’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy prior to scheduling or receiving services. Scope This policy applies to all clients, candidates, and representatives engaging with competency assessment services offered by the organization, whether scheduling online, in person, or through third-party platforms. Policy Statement Mandatory Acceptance All clients must review and accept the organization’s current Terms of Use and Privacy Policy as a condition of booking competency assessment services. Acceptance is required prior to finalizing an appointment. Bookings cannot be confirmed without documented agreement. Method of Acceptance For online bookings, clients will be presented with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and must check a box or provide electronic acknowledgment to proceed. For phone or in-person bookings, clients will be directed to review the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy electronically or provided with a copy, and their acknowledgment will be recorded in writing or electronically. Record of Consent The organization will maintain a record of each client’s acknowledgment, including date and method of acceptance, for compliance and audit purposes. Records will be retained in accordance with the organization’s data retention policy. Updates to Policies Clients will be notified of material updates to the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy. Continued use of assessment services following notification of changes constitutes renewed acceptance of the updated terms. Right to Decline Clients who do not agree to the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy will not be permitted to schedule or receive competency assessment services. Responsibilities Administrative Staff: Ensure that acceptance is documented prior to confirming any bookings. Supervisors/Assessors: Verify that terms have been accepted before services are delivered. Clients: Review and acknowledge the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy honestly and completely prior to booking.
